What to expect when you make an appointment with me
Discretion
Although my van is sign written, it has removable magnetic signage, which can be removed upon request. Some clients do not want to advertise that they may have a pest issue, as it could affect the image of their business or can make people feel embarrassed.
Pest problems are nothing to be ashamed of, and are a part of nature. However, we try our best to respect the privacy of my customers and having removable signage means we can carry out our work discreetly.
Work being carried out
Depending on the size and complexity of the job, we will try to treat the problem immediately. Sometimes we may need to re-book in order to put the correct measures in place.
Follow up advise
Follow up visit are sometimes required but this will be discussed with you at our first visit.
Payment
Payment can be made by card or via bank transfer if necessary (within 7 days).
